As a loyal long-time user, my #OKX account was forcibly closed without any reason, no explanation, and no appeal channel.
This account has been registered and used since 2021, currently running a community account planet, with real trading display, trading strategy signal copy, and live group chat.
In May, I received a request to explain the source of funds, and after filling out the form, everything was normal. On June 2nd, I was still placing orders and receiving recharge reminders normally. All funds were self-owned, recharged from Binance to OKX, and all transfers and withdrawals were only to other people's OKX UIDs. The funds circulated entirely within the exchange, so where is the violation?
Contacting customer service only got mechanical replies. Contacting internal OKX staff was useless; they still could not provide any specific reason and directly sentenced me to death.
Your compliance means rejecting extremely clean funds, arbitrarily banning KOLs who trade honestly and bring traffic to the platform, and unilaterally cutting off all communication channels. This is really disheartening. So this is what a compliant exchange looks like.
